It’s not perfect or a masterpiece, but it’s very well done and offers a certain level of emotional experience. The overall show went far beyond what’s shown in the trailer. Very well directed, acted, and finds its unique points in the mix of different reference genres like Gambling Apocalypse: Kaiji, Battle Royale, etc. I just hope everyone else can enjoy this show not only in Korea but everywhere! Ps. Even to Korean ears, the VIPs’ English conversations were not well written or acted. I think the drama could hold up quite well without their presence and save budget.
