Rosa Gonzalez, a paranormal psychology student, lights a ritual incantation candle and asks, “Are you there?” Those three words spark a life-or-death struggle consisting of 20 questions. As the candle melts, so does her chance of survival. Each time she tries to avoid a challenge, she enters a new, self-inflicted nightmare: she is forced to relive a childhood trauma that drives her to the brink of madness.
