I wanted to share with you all my results so far on the ketogenic diet. I am still following lazy keto.

Here is my measurements

33 in waist
39 1/2 hips
38 chest
24 right thigh
23 left thigh

DAY 21
31 1/4 waist
38 hips
37 chest
23 right thigh
22 left thigh

total inches lost so far 4.75 in 21 days!!!
